Harvest Dinner

 

A community Event. Traditional Pot-Roast Harvest Dinner to celebrate the bounty of the fall harvest.  Tickets available at the Church Office.

 

 

Harvest Fair

Vacation Bible School. Free to the community.Vacation Bible School

VBS is both a ministry to our members and to the larger community is offered free of charge during a week each summer and includes lessons for both children and adults.

Community blood drives are periodically sponsored  as a way for our congregation and our community to contribute to this ongoing need.

Easter Egg Hunt

 

A free half-day children's program held the Saturday before Easter Sunday.  Includes crafts, games, lunch and a visit from the Easter Bunny. A great favorite for children and grandchildren in our community.

 

St. Patrick's Church Dinner

 

A traditional Irish meal held near St. Patrick's day each year. All you can eat corned beef and cabbage, carrots & potatoes, Onions & turnips, Irish soda bread, and deserts.

 

Includes Storytelling, folk dancing.

 

Reservations must be made in advance.

 

International Dinner

 

A celebration of diversity. Ethnic food and Entertainment.

 

Craft Fair

 

An annual fall outreach to the community; bringing some of the area's craftspeople to Commack.  Craft Vendors please contact the Church Office for information.

 

Cookie Sale

 

A program sponsored by the United Methodist Women each Advent season to benefit mission work.
